Unfortunately, the room decor felt quite outdated and was in serious need of a facelift. some furniture looked like it belonged in a motel more than a four-star hotel. The bathroom fittings also felt like they hadn't been updated in ages, and the lack of modern shower setups made the experience less convenient. On top of all that, the limited menu for dinner left much to be desired, reducing the appeal of dining in after a long day.

noisy environment

I was truly shocked to find my room outdated, wih stale carpets. the noise from the boats was unbearable! I can’t believe I didn’t receive a complimentary gesture. I almost considered giving a good review, but I just couldn’t. A 4-star rating? Puh-lease, the only thing elite was the disappointment.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location

Enjoyed my five-night stay! The large windows of my Deluxe Double Room provided stunning views, and the spacious lobby was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Note the parking arrangement—public lots nearby are affordable. I recommend taking the stairs more often, but the elevators are convenient too!

The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wonderful variety that catered to all tastes, making for a fantastic start to the day.

Unfortunately, the noise from early morning deliveries at the nearby boat terminal was disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?

The perfect location by the bay allowed for easy access to the vibrant concert scene and local bars. The rooms were exceptionally quiet and the beds provided amazing comfort for a great night’s sleep.

Despite the spacious layout, the decor felt outdated and in need of modernization. the parking situation was quite inconvenient for larger vehicles, creating unnecessary challenges.

Had an awesome time with the family! We thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and relaxation area, which were just what we needed after a long day. While the room could use some updating, it didn't take away from our overall great experience—definitely recommend trying out the breakfast buffet! 😊
